Trick or treat

We braved the dreaded mall run for candy. Hordes upon hordes of children and their parents clamouring for bits of candy and stickers. Most shops ran out of food in the first hour...and it was supposed to go for 3 hours. I learned that a stroller can be driven offensively. Especially a dualie.

Up to Cave Creek which was a little more tame-food galore as well as the townfolk handing out more candy and stickers.

Stopped at three neighbors houses, the first of which A made a friend...she was also just over two years old...but I have never heard her talking and playing like she was. Normally she just follows along with the more outgoing kids or plays singly by herself. These two girls were chattering about how bright it was and what's over here and twirl with me or run with me!!! A also exerted dominance (as much as can be had by a just over two year old) by emphatically stating "MINE!" as she brandished her wand in the air.

Z was a trooper and slept in her stroller which she HATES to do. She loved the dreaded mall run and was greatly enthralled by the chaos. Who is this tiny child? She is army crawling and we made the discovery of a tooth today when she gnawed down on Papa's finger!!! No wonder she's been playing tongue aerobics.

And no, they aren't just pumpkins with large head wounds as a friend pointed out, they are supposed to be a large fish chasing a smaller fish.

Hope all had a safe and Happy Halloween!!
