Aubreyisms Take 2

Everyday I try to write down something funny or eventful the girls did or said. Lately it's so much I can't keep track of them all. The world would be a better place if we could just say what we were thinking, just like toddlers. On the flip side, hitting someone over the head with a plastic shovel* doesn't further world peace.

*My children did not do this (yet). Just a daily event that occurs on playgrounds.

Yesterday, A told us that tights are pajama socks. And tried her mightiest to pull them off from the toe up.

She also told us that raisins and bird pellets are good for her eyes. Yes, she has been eating both. She helps feed the birds by carrying their dishes to their cages, munching and crunching as she goes. But go figure...that veggie thing might be poisoned???

Z tried to put on her own shoe. Scott handed it to her to play with and she tried to push it on her foot, but the whole hand eye coordination department is slacking.

Which may explain why she learned about gravity this weekend. She slipped (also known as throw herself bodily out) of a kiddie chair and fell. Onto a bed of pine needles. Which are not soft. As her sweet face can attest. She did pull herself up to a semi standing position using Mom as her base!!!
