I know the nights of worry ahead will be endless....when the girls have sleep overs at other houses to dating to driving. I know I will have the roller coaster of emotions when seeing their names on the caller ID, worried that something has happened or are they just calling to check in?
I keep thinking of the movie Parenthood with Steve Martin, just go with the ride and laugh.
I received my first phone call from Aubrey today. I missed it but listened to the message-she said "hi, love you, bye-bye." According to Scott she grabbed his cell phone and asked to call Mommom.
Here I am planning for college educations for the girls and forgot to set money aside for cell phone bills. How can I forget I have girls???
