Rolling, rolling, rolling

Always drama in our house these days. Guess it goes hand in hand with girls. Wait until the hormones kick in...
Zoe has been "singing" herself to sleep-she is up there cooing and sighing and trying to figure out this whole talking thing, I kid you not. The kid can make noise and inflections that are pretty darn expressive.

Scott laid her down for her morning nap and she did her usual sing song routine and then went quiet.

Then all hell broke lose with the caterwauling.

Upstairs he went and found Zoe on her stomach. Feet spread wide apart and back arched so her head was up off the mattress and yelling. She has repeated the feat several times today, although her arm keeps her stuck on her side about every other time. It took Aubrey a few days to repeat her first roll over so this has been a good exercise day for all of us. Zoe rolls over and we run up the stairs to check on her. I keep sneaking up there now that it is evening and putting my hand on her back to make sure she is still breathing. I remind myself of Shirley McLaine in Terms of Endearment when she wakes the baby up so she can sleep.
